  I am a current tenant at red soils. I have leased commercial spaces from 6 different companies over our 30 years of owning small businesses. This property manager is the most controlling, contrary, antagonist and overly emotional property manager I've ever dealt with. We follow all of the Rules and have tried hard to get along with him. I have a hard time believing anyone who has interaction with him says that he is professional and nice.
  This has not been our experience from day one.
